FREE BMORE INTRO CLASS: Bmore Intro sessions are designed to discover what your goals are, what your background is and what your current fitness level is. Intro sessions include information on what we are all about, a consulation, and the baseline workout. Intro classes are user friendly and scaled for all levels. You will experience what a Bmore Fitness workout is all about and gain understanding of what the program is. This class is only open to non-members (one time only) or members that are bringing a friend for their first time.
Monthly Plans: Beginner session is designed for new Bmore Fitness clients, who have had an intro session. The Beginner session is four personal training sessions to go over the basics Monthly workout plans have become a Bmore Fitness specialty and a client favorite. Many clients have work and life schedules that do not allow them to make it to a Bmore Fitness workout session. So...
Bmore Fitness has the solution. We will meet with you to go over your technique, the exercises, and proper form. From there we will design you a specific monthly plan to meet your needs. In addition, we will meet with you on a monthly or bi-weekly basis to review, correct form, and answer your questions about the program.
Bmore Beginner Session: Beginner session is designed for new Bmore Fitness clients, who have had an intro session. The Beginner session is four personal training sessions to go over the basics, to learn the movements, proper technique, and gradually increase intensity. We can set up a time which meets your schedule. For best results this session we will meet twice a week for two weeks. Once the Beginner Session (four sessions) are over, we will work with you to determine the schedule for the up and coming sessions.

WOD: Bmore Fitness thrives in a group setting. The energy that is created by everyone working together is like nothing else. Classes begin with a warm-up that includes self-myofascial release, trigger point, and dynamic stretching to prepare for the workout. Warm-up is followed by skill and movement preparation. Set-up for and the 'workout of the day' is the heart of the class. Set-up includes explanation and review of skills as well as equipment prep and proper scaling.
2 person class: $50 each/session
3 person class: $40 each/session
4 person class: $30 each/session
4+ person class: $20 each/session
PERSONAL TRAINING: One on one training is our speciality and is available by appointment/ request. These sessions are great for working on detailed training programs, weight lifting movements, skills necessary for injury free workouts and improved health and fitness. You will work closely with a coach and improving in areas that require more attention. Designed for both new and experienced members.
1 hour: $75
30 min: $40
ENDURANCE TRAINING: One on one training is our speciality and is available by appointment/ request. These sessions are designed for a runners, bikers or triathlete of any distance. Our endurance certified stall will work with you to establish your goals, your time availability, and program. We walk the walk and are eager to help get you where you want to be.

NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING: Before you order that fast food or fried food, or open that bag of chips, send us an email! We are here to help! Our services will help educate you on food choices, quality and adherence while allowing you to still give into to those cravings. Well every once and a while.
For those who need more accountability and hands on help with their diet, nutritional counseling is available. This includes regular review of food logs, recipe suggestions, grocery assistance, and unlimited email consulation for duration of service.
